Powers on and boots, plays games (verified with a Donkey Kong cartridge used for testing only), the buttons and D-pad are responsive, and the battery contacts are clean; it runs on two AA batteries, not included. The screen lens has light scratching that doesn't affect gameplay, and this is the original non-backlit screen, standard for the AGB-001.
