Where we ship
United States only on this site for now. Checkout will not offer other countries. If you need something sent elsewhere, email contact@nekurai.com before buying — we may still be able to help through another channel, but the cart will not.
Handling vs transit
Two different clocks, on purpose:
- Handling — how long after payment we hand the parcel to a carrier. Standard is usually 1–2 business days. Expedited aims for same-day hand-off when you order before the 12 PM Central cutoff on a business day; after that cutoff (or on a weekend) it is the next business day.
- Transit — carrier calendar time after pickup. Standard is roughly 3–5 business days once it is moving. Expedited is overnight / second-day class service; exact carrier service is chosen at label time for the parcel, not by you at checkout.
You pick the speed (standard or expedited). We pick the carrier when the label is bought so a flat rate stays honest against the real box.
How the flat rate is chosen
Rate comes from billable weight: the greater of the item's actual weight and its dimensional weight. Multi-item carts sum billable weight into one shipment and one rate — lines do not each charge full shipping and stack. Very long or bulky pieces (skis, large monitors, and the like) can hit an oversize floor regardless of weight.
The number on the product page and in the cart is what you pay for shipping. The label we actually buy later may cost more or less; that difference is ours, not a surprise on your card.

Local pickup, if you would rather
Anything on the site can be collected in person instead of posted — choose Collect it in person in the cart. No shipping is charged and no address is asked for. We meet at Providence Village Town Hall, 1755 Main Street, Providence Village TX — one place for everyone, so you know the drive before you pay rather than after.
Pay as normal, then reply to your confirmation email with a time. Collect it within 5 days; if you do not, the order cancels itself and refunds you in full, with nothing deducted. The full pickup policy.
The few things that do not ship
There is a size past which no parcel carrier will take a package at all — roughly 150 lb, a longest side over 108″, or length plus girth over 165″. An appliance or a cabinet is past it. Rather than quote a flat rate we could not honour, those pieces are listed as local pickup only and say so on the item page.
For those there is no shipped alternative to choose — everything else on the site can go either way.
Tracking and delivery
Once a label exists you get tracking by email. If a parcel comes back undeliverable (wrong address, refused, held too long at a pickup point), email us — we will work out a re-ship or refund of the item; original outbound shipping is usually not refunded when the address or pickup was the problem.
Returns
Return shipping rules are separate from outbound shipping. Who pays depends on whether the fault is ours — full detail on the returns page.
