Contact

Email is the only way in, and that is on purpose — one address, read by the person who runs the shop, with no ticket queue in between.

Email

contact@nekurai.com

There is no phone line, no live chat and no form on this site. We read every message that isn't spam and answer it ourselves. Give it a business day — if two go by with nothing, send it again, because that means it went astray rather than that you were ignored.

What to put in it

  • About an order: the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used at checkout. Those two things are all we need to find it.
  • About an item: its link or its SKU (the NEK-… code on the item page). We only ever have one of each thing, so the SKU is unambiguous.
  • Something arrived wrong: what you got, what you expected, and a photo if there is something to see. That is usually enough to settle it in one round trip.

You do not need an account for any of this, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Faster than emailing us

  • Order status — your order number plus the checkout email shows the current state and the tracking link, with no account.
  • Returns — the full terms, including who pays return shipping and the two cases where a return is refused.
  • FAQ — shipping, grading, payment and what happens after the return window closes.
  • Drop emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link; you never have to ask us to be taken off the list.

Who you are writing to

Nekurai is a small, independently run secondhand shop in Texas — one person, not a call center, selling online only. It grew out of a habit of fixing things other people had written off, and it still runs beside a day job, which is the honest reason replies land in hours rather than minutes.

Everything is sold from this site and from our eBay store. Orders ship from Texas; there is no shop you can walk into and no in-person handover, so every order goes out by carrier.

Mail reaches us at:

Nekurai
5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100
Austin, TX 78731

That is a mailing address for correspondence, not a storefront — nothing is sold or handed over there, and post is slower than contact@nekurai.com by several days.
