One place, for everyone. It is a public civic building with room to load something heavy without blocking anyone in, which is exactly why it was chosen. We meet in the car park, so the building’s own opening hours do not matter — any reasonable time of day works.

We do not deliver to other addresses. If you are asking about somewhere else, say so in your email before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible and what it would cost — but the answer is usually no, and the answer is never a surprise charge.

Choose Collect it in person in the cart. You pay at checkout as normal — the item is yours from that moment, and nobody else can buy it.

Then reply to your confirmation email with a time that suits you. We answer within a day, usually much less. Texas sales tax is charged on a pickup order because the handover happens in Texas, wherever your card is registered.

Collect it within 5 days of paying. That is not us being brisk — everything here is one of one, so an item held for you is an item nobody else can buy, and holding it open-endedly is how a shelf fills with orders that never happen.

We email a reminder two days before the window closes. If you need longer, just say so — ask before the deadline and it is nearly always fine.

If the window closes with no word from you, the order cancels itself and you are refunded in full, automatically. Nothing is deducted: no restocking fee, no handling charge, no partial refund. Banks typically show it within 5–10 business days. The item goes back on the shelf, and you are welcome to buy it again if it is still there.

Do not take it. That is the whole point of meeting in person — you get to look first, and nothing is final until you are holding it and happy. Everything is photographed and graded honestly before it is listed, so there should be no surprises, but if the thing in front of you does not match the page, walk away and we refund you on the spot.

After that it is covered by the same terms as any other order: returns and terms.

Payment is online, before collection. We do not take cash or card at the handover — there is no terminal and no till, and an unpaid meet is a meet that can evaporate.
