A Japanese Nintendo 64 copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, complete in box with the cartridge, original box, original Japanese manual, and plastic inner tray. The cartridge is tested and working. No extra inserts, registration cards, or flyers beyond the main contents are included unless shown in the photos, and as an NTSC-J import it needs a Japanese N64 or a region-compatible setup to play.
