Where it came from, what we did to it
An original Nintendo Game Boy (DMG-01) in the transparent shell of the "Play It Loud" series. It powers on and reads game cartridges, the screen displays properly, the buttons are responsive, and the sound works. The clear shell shows visible yellowing from age, and the battery compartment is intact with no major corrosion observed. No game is included — it's the bare console, which also makes it a good candidate for an IPS or backlight screen mod if that's your direction.
Flaws we found
- Visible yellowing on the clear shell from age
- No game included
Each of these is photographed on the listing. The photos are the contract.
