Buyer Policies

Nekurai accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in the same condition as shipped. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@nekurai.com with your order number and reason for return.

• ▸Buyer pays return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
• ▸Refunds are issued after receipt. Refunds will be processed only after Nekurai receives and inspects the returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
• ▸Items must be returned in original condition. Items that have been used beyond inspection, damaged by the buyer, or returned without original packaging where applicable may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
• ▸Fraudulent claims will be disputed. Any claims that misrepresent the condition of an item received — including false “item not as described” claims — will be investigated and disputed through the payment platform. Nekurai documents all items prior to shipment.

Nekurai ships from Aubrey, Texas 76227. All orders are processed and shipped within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.

• ▸Handling time: 2 business days. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. This timeframe applies to standard conditions.
• ▸10:00 AM CT same-day cutoff. Orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Time may ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed at or after 10:00 AM CT will generally ship the following business day. We will do our best but cannot be held to same-day shipping if the order comes in after that window.
• ▸Weather and carrier delays. Nekurai is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control — including but not limited to winter storms, ice events, or flooding in the North Texas area. We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
• ▸Shipping carriers. Carrier selection (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other) is at Nekurai's discretion based on package dimensions, weight, and destination, unless a specific carrier was selected and paid for at checkout.
• ▸Tracking. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Nekurai is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• ▸Address accuracy. The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Nekurai is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Items listed under the Salvex condition are sold strictly for parts, salvage, or repair at a discounted price that reflects their condition. By purchasing a Salvex item, you acknowledge the following:

• ▸Salvex items may not power on, may have missing or broken components, cosmetic damage, functional defects, or unknown issues.
• ▸Written descriptions and photos represent our best assessment but are not a guarantee of condition, completeness, or functionality.
• ▸Salvex items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• ▸Buyer assumes all risk associated with the purchase of Salvex items.
• ▸No claim of "item not as described" will be accepted for Salvex listings where the listing clearly disclosed the salvage condition.
• ▸Refusal of a Salvex item upon delivery does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Local pickup is available as a delivery option for orders placed through nekurai.com. Pickup is coordinated in the Aubrey, Texas 76227 area.

• ▸Scheduling required. After checkout, Nekurai will contact you via the email provided to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time and location. Do not attempt to show up without a confirmed appointment.
• ▸You must be 18 years or older to pick up an order. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to verify identity and age at pickup. Orders will not be released to anyone under 18 regardless of who placed the order.
• ▸Order confirmation required. Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) to pickup. Orders will not be released without verification.
• ▸Pickup window. If a scheduled pickup is missed without prior notice, Nekurai will make one attempt to reschedule. After that, the order may be forfeited with no refund, or restocked at Nekurai's discretion.
• ▸No shipping upgrade after pickup is selected. If you select local pickup at checkout, your order will be held for pickup only. If you need it shipped instead, contact us before your order is processed.
• ▸Inspect before leaving. Once you have accepted and left with a pickup order, it is considered delivered and accepted. Report any issues at the time of pickup — post-pickup claims on items you accepted in person will not be honored.

By completing any transaction with Nekurai — whether through this website, eBay, or in person — the buyer acknowledges, agrees to, and is bound by the following terms. This notice applies to all current and future purchases from Nekurai.
